I may be the only person in this forum who gets this joke, and I love it A bluegrass version of "Queen of Hearts" would be a jam
It shouldn't Being hurt is being hurt and they both have the same injuries and are really needed on the field right now.
On the flip side.. Jamar Chase's status sounds very questionable. Would be a great break for a hurt secondary if he cant go
Texans' M.J. Stewart: Needs MRI Stewart, who left Sunday's 39-37 win over the Buccaneers early with a shoulder injury, will undergo an MRI on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Stewart exited the game early, after coming in to replace Jimmie Ward who suffered a hamstring injury. The former had his arm in a sling afterward and appears in danger of missing time moving forward. With Steward and Ward likely to be questionable or worse for Week 10 against the Bengals, DeAndre Houston-Carson may be in for a big role in the contest. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/texans-m-j-stewart-needs-mri/
Need to fill in some gaps before this game Ridgeway done for the season Safeties injured Can Beck go? I would like to see - FB / TE Griffin Hebert added to PS (bye Doaks) Beck insurance + potential core STer - I am ok with Saubert (esp. because knows TE coach from Denver), but signing Zack Kuntz off Jets' PS offers way more upside (esp. if he commits to blocking). Moreover, might have some intel to share before our matchup in December. - Sign another IOL so Tytus can move back to RT. I like Cameron Tom as a vet IOL. Currently on Chargers' PS. Has ZBS profile & athleticism. Move Deculus to PS & cut Lecitus Smith. - Ridgeway to IR. Sign Trysten Hill. Currently on Pats' PS. Played for Burke in AZ & did pretty good. - Sign SAF Eric Rowe. Cut by Panthers. From Klein. Could provide vet presence in secondary. Might really need him vs. Cincy. - Sign K Brett Maher. Love Dare, but need a pro kicker. Maher was with squad in 2020. Has big leg, but accuracy can be iffy.
I think the big difference is that Juice didn't have a history of multiple previous injuries as Stingley did.
I like everything, but no to Maher. Give me Matthew Wright. He looked good replacing Butker and has a very strong leg.
Yeah you're right, but it's all about perception. Everyone knows about Stingley's injuries. You are more knowledgeable than most here about college football. So did you already know about Juice's injury history, or did you just look it up (rhetorical question)? You ask why it was different for Juice and I believe it's because most don't know his history and as was said by another poster, because he wasn't a first round pick.
