another thing, rangers did not lose a single road game for their postseason. not. a. single. game.

gotta be the first time, right?

Hinch at least played his best players (sans Cole for an inning or 2).

LCS could've gone 11 games and Maldo still would've started every game.

What is even crazier is that they went 11-0 on the road in the playoffs after going 40-41 on the road in the regular season and end the season 3-7 on the road in their last 10 road games. That is while going 2-4 at home in the playoffs after going 50-31 at home during the regular season.

Basically everything about the MLB playoffs is such a cr@pshoot. I honestly think that is a major reason it gets such low ratings. Along with it just being really badly marketed.

    IT’S CALLED HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE!

8 home games, 0 wins, 2 potential titles

All you had to do was win ONE!

I feel like there is no way mlb will allow that to happen.

It was weird not seeing the Stros there, games at MMP and that Texas shaped pool
    In the aerial shots.

I was bitter but congrats to the Rangers. They deserved it.

Are we still blaming Hinch for putting in his all-star setup man?

    i don't see why not.

they've already won it. what's mlb gon do? strip the title?

if tatis get suspended for barely anything, there's no way adolis gets away with it.

Yeah that’s a big big drop in 1 year. The Astros and whichever other team averaged around 11 million each year excluding 2017 when that was close to 20 million.

if 2-3 years from now, reports come out and say rangers somehow gained an advantage on the road i wouldn't even be mad.

it's a league wide problem and mlb can't do anything about it.

There were several reasons the Astros failed to finish off the Rangers and win another title, but the biggest one wasn't Dusty. It was Framber. Last postseason, he was 4-0 with a sub-2 ERA. This postseason, he was 0-3 with.....let's just say a much higher ERA. Seriously, did anyone really feel good about the Astros' prospects in Game 6 even after that thrilling comeback in Arlington with Altuve's 3-run bomb?

No more Dusty or Maldy will definitely help. But they have to figure out how to get Framber right in the head. If they can pull that off, that alone could catapult them to a championship next year.
