DMo & Sengun are the epitome of privileged fans, also Jeremy Lin fans. I do believe SOFs are the more outta touch with reality than anybody
Makes no sense especially when you consider the best Rocket in the history of the franchise was from Nigeria.
Yes I agree 100% and it was objectively proven true!!! https://hickamsdictum.com/the-g-o-a-t-who-is-the-best-basketball-player-of-all-time-e43c7e53a9a7
Just a shame, if he'd had more help nobody would care about Jordan. Says a lot when nobody even criticises us for drafting Dream over goldenboy.
To be fair though, if you follow that line of thinking then all of the American born players are descended from "internationals" haha.
It's a reference to a thread or article once posted, with a Boki dunk. Boki also once dunked on Karla Malone. That's about all I can remember about the guy. Let's just say hopes were high at some point.
Man why do morons gotta bring race into everything? At least 2 of the top 3 in the league are foreigners. The greatest player in Rockets history was a foreigner. The best young player on the team is a foreigner. If you don’t like it go watch a different sport or find a different team to follow.
Just curious, who’s the American in the Top3? Last 5 MVPs are foreigners, James Harden was the last US MVP…
Is Dream era before Yao or Yao era before Dream? I stated it very clear that I have been following this forum since Yao's era, and my argument was based on that era and on. If people have been here long enough, they know I'm right. However, I have noticed a problem. You seem to argue with people all the time without reading other people's full comments. The fact speaks for itself. You came to the post specifically about anything related to Sengun arguing with people, but when I checked your record, I noticed that you didn't give the same treatment to other players. Why? I know some people may be a little overjoyed by Sengun's performance even though we lost the game. Indeed, people are just trying to find something positive out of all the negatives so they can move on to the next game. Most people here have some joy and they stay in this post, it is YOU who comes to this post and argues with everyone without even reading people's comments thoroughly.
What the hell are you talking about??? I agreed with your post. I think you are the one who needs to reread what you are responding to because it is rather dumb to attack someone who agrees with you . You must have me confused with someone else because I do not attack anyone. I am a huge Sengun fan and he is my current favorite player but I have been a Rockets fan since the early 80's.
You know, I wrote those threads with the courage to be honest. I wanted my thoughts immortalized on this beloved forum because I want to be able to come back and check up. It sincerely does not matter to me if I'm right or wrong about every single player I detailed. I just wanted to find out. I'm a little bit flattered you felt the need to follow up after the 2nd game of the next season lol... Either the Rockets win or the Rockets lose. Alperen Sengun doesn't get partial credit. Y'all can't keep the crown on his head because it weighs too much for him, so then you turn to tearing down teammates. And when that doesn't work, you turn to blaming posters. Big shrugs for you and SOF squad. If it makes you feel better, not that you care about my opinion but I do think Sengun has made a meaningful step forward on defense. I don't hate him I just think he's a flawed player on a bad team. Sorry about your feelings bud. Also, kind of funny I mentioned Cam lol and KPJ? My, how things change so quickly. Maybe you call your shots and see how they turn out.
He wasn't good on defense and horrible at rebounding today. Should have been more aggressive in the paint against Looney. 4/4 ft, made 3 pointer and 0 turnover are good signs. GG on to the next.
I didn’t think he was bad at defense tonight. Just wasn’t good. But maybe my memory is clouded by the late barrage of threes by Curry. He certainly wasn’t responsible for any of those.
was v-span universally like here? I don’t remember well, I think he was controversial. The Boki crush, while not quite on Jalen Green level, was unexplainable…
