Multi facetited. Sent naval vessels, increase of aid to Israel, striking down attacks from hamas/Iran. Working with allies to coordinate a multilateral response, get hostages released, limit civilian casualties by working with Israel in their actions.

Biden has been solid in his decision making IMO. The only issue or concern I have is how much I trust Netanyahu as a partner here. Given how he’s cozied up to Putin in the past, and how he’s helped Hamas be propped up to help him politically, BeBe could very well be trying to help himself personally by playing games here to try and drag the US in an uncomfortable situation that ultimately benefits Russia and benefits Israel as a ground force if the US is dragged in to help a massive offensive that is extremely unpopular with the rest of the world and makes Biden unpopular.

I really don’t know what the answer is for Biden if Netanyahu is just self serving and using Biden/US rather than actually trying to work towards an actual solution. However we know Biden is not blind on foreign policy. He’s shown to operate with eyes wide open. He understands give and take.

Even if Biden manages this effectively, he’s still gotta deal with the political backlash from the Muslim world especially here in the US. Even if he does everything perfectly, there’s still going to be anger there in how Biden “allowed” Israeli aggression. In politics, people generally are not that nuanced and understand both sides context. Israel going to war in any sense ever will always be bad for a Democratic president. No matter what.

Everywhere you look you see untrustworthy opposition to US Democracy on the foreign stage and all of them are aiming at Biden going down in 2024 to self serve their own autocratic ambitions. Putin, Netanyahu, Xi, etc. and especially the MAGA Republican Party… they are all opportunistically delighted to take part in efforts to ensure Biden loses and Democracy in the US fails because they all believe that benefits them personally.

Neo-cons look like the leaders of the GOP again, but MAGA is borderline anti-Israel and anti-Semitic. and MAGA still runs the GOP.
Neo-liberals will be strengthened with the centrists who left the GOP but the leftists and Arab/Muslim-Americans in the Democratic coalition feel completely neglected and may sit out 2024.

I would not be surprised if the unions/working class went to MAGA again as they're not for supporting Ukraine or Israel, and we have a completely different electorate coalition voting for the GOP and Democrats in the Nov 2024 election than we saw in 2012 and 2016.
