    Not going to cry a river about it but this is not a serious basketball move, Boban has no place on this team. Was hopeful that with Ime in charge we wouldn’t value “marketing opportunities” over winning basketball moves (however marginal) anymore.

    Boban is being utilized and paid for exactly what a lot of yall called for. A good vet presence in that locker room. That's it

    JRE has nothing do with him. He sucks and was never going to make it on the active roster

    So the Rockets basically gave up 2 2nd round picks to go from KPJ's $16.9mil salary to Oladipo's $9.1mil salary.

    2nd round picks are being bought for cash considerations all the time. Here, Tillman saves 5 million in salaries for 2 2nd round picks, so he’s selling the picks for 2.5 million each

    Technically Oladipo's contract can return $11.475m via trade.

    Add to that the contracts of Jock, Tate, Holiday, Boban & or Bullock and they have preserved the cap space above the cap for a December or later trade.

    I think boban may bring a locker room element to the team. The last guy on the roster on any team is unlikely to produce much for any team so I am good with adding chemistry guys
