As for the artillery attack you mentioned carried out by the PKK, here's the stance of the Turkish government, which we failed to see from the Israeli government : "Turkey denied responsibility for the attack and instead suspected terrorist groups to be responsible, offering to open a collaborative investigation into the incident." So why doesn't Israel offer a collaborative investigation if they're so sure it was a failed Hamas missile that hit the hospital?
