“On offense” you forgot that part, minimize the damage he causes on offense. And then he is an all nba player on defense. Convenient to just forget about half the game.
Rather they did it with grace or with aggression, to the opponent they were a-holes and the fan base loved them until they went elsewhere

In the heat of the moment, they were going to figuratively into a bball battle, so there is some adrenaline going...... I did not say he was a saint, but he was well behaved around the organization.....sure he had battery news etc. Grabbing, punching, kicking nuts, that is borderline sociopathic deeply fetish behavior that is being partly alleviated due to being bball players.
He played great defense all night, had 5 fouls when this happened and was clearly being really careful even putting his hands behind his back when Curry was driving to not foul out... This is not a good game to bash Brooks, he played really well and more folks are finding out the narrative was bs and he can ball.... But if this one play of the game is your shot to clown him then w/e.... Dude has been nails....
