The chant at Penn was not "From to the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free" nor was it anti-semitic. These are lies you are pushing. Also what is the deal with from the river to the sea - that doesn't exclude the existence of Israel - only that both the West Bank and Gaza should be free. Wtf is wrong with that?
I can't find the full Penn video anymore. I may have mixed it up with one of the dozens of other protest videos where they said the same thing. I thought it was said at the Penn protest as well. Isreal is the country between the River Jordan and the Mediterranean Sea. From the river to the sea is a call for the elimination of Israel. You will see it accompanying maps like this:
what would Israel's borders be, in your configuration, if Palestine had a state from the Jordan to the Med?
Hamas' success has emboldened jihadis all over the world. We are about to get a wave of terrorist attacks all over the West.
netanyahu has completely f-ed this for the rest of the world just when the muslim fanatics were losing support. the most dangerous threats are those recruited outside of arab countries.
West Bank and Gaza. Why is this so hard to understand? Edit: I googled it and didn't know it is used by some to mean Israel as well. I highly doubt the protestors in the US are intending that way. Saying you stand with Gaza isn't the same as supporting Hamas. Right now Israel is still the stronger power and Palestinians are the people who are being repressed. That doesn't mean Hamas isn't evil and Israel should not destroy them - they have every right to. But Israel also has to change course and move to making the West Bank and Gaza independent states.
