Just my guess, based on the reporting of her financial difficulties in paying mounting legal fees, the next flipper will be Jenna Ellis

All 19 defendants were never going to trial. Expect more pleas. Between having no real defense for what they did and having to pay lawyers for months and months before the trial even starts, the small fish will be cutting their best deal as fast as they can.

Fulton County DA rebuffs Gym Jordan’s 2nd request for information on her investigation of Trump

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis declined to provide House Judiciary Chairman Gym Jordan with any additional information about her investigation of former President Donald Trump and his allies as well as any interactions with the Justice Department, according to a new letter obtained by CNN.

“A charitable explanation of your correspondence is that you are ignorant of the United States and Georgia Constitutions and codes,” Willis wrote in her letter to Jordan

“A more troubling explanation is that you are abusing your authority as Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary to attempt to obstruct and interfere with a Georgia criminal prosecution,” she added.

She also should lose her law license or other such things (if she hasn't already). Probation seems meaningless when you tried to help overthrow an election.

Sidney Powell testifying, even if truthfully, is a win? She is a crazy as b*tch that no one will believe.

[AP] Sidney Powell pleads guilty in deal with prosecutors over efforts to overturn Trump loss in Georgia

Lawyer Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to reduced charges Thursday over efforts to overturn Donald Trump’s loss in the 2020 election in Georgia, becoming the second defendant in the sprawling case to reach a deal with prosecutors.

Powell, who was charged alongside Trump and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law, entered the plea just a day before jury selection was set to start in her trial. A judge agreed that she will serve about six years of probation, have to pay $2,700 in restitution and have to testify truthfully against her co-defendants.

She has zero credibility and all her work is performative. Trump already should be convicted of the documents case unless there's a tainted jury. These other cases have varying legal legitimacy, but that documents one is just factual. I just think she belongs in prison for the damage she helped cause this country, and is not a great witness for any side.

I brough this up before but as professional in another field and a member of my professional association why the legal profession isn't doing more about lawyers like Sydney Powell.

It seems like many of these lawyers have not only behaved unprofessionally but also put forward legal arguments that are patently unconstitutional. I know in my profession part of serving your client is to prevent them from doing things that would put them in legal danger even if they want you to do it. Many of these lawyers just seem to go along with whatever Trump, or others tell them, even if they should know it puts their clients and themselves into legal problems.
