Nobody asks Hamas, Hezbollah or any Jihadi to follow international laws because they are terrorist organizations and terrorists. As you pointed out yourself, nobody should expect Israel to follow international laws too because israel is a terror state.
Mainstream media has only reported that each side accuses the other. So what lie are you referring to - that they are not accusing one another? And why would you trust social media which is filled with disinformation and fabricated content over legitimate journalism? From what I can tell, this does not appear to be an Israeli airstrike. The amount of damage seems too small, and the death toll doesn't make sense given the blast in a parking lot. The damage to the area seems light as well. Not conclusive yet, but it seems this one is on Hamas. SHould be noted that neither Hamas nor the IDF has proven itself a trustworthy source of information over their histories.
IDF has proven itself as a trusthworthy source of information until last night. They kept telling to evacuate hospitals and they'll attack on hospitals for 1 week. And they did it. It's not the first time terror state of Israel have attacked on civilians anyway, they're doing it for decades.
Do you see you're using the same logic that Hamas apologists use to blame Israel for the Oct 7th attacks? I hope you take this as just an outside perspective and not a personal attack (which it's not).
Look at the blast site yourself - does it look like 500 people could have died in that explosion? It's not adding up. It's critical not to let emotions sway how we process information and instead look at things under a purely objective lens. It's the only way to get to the truth. No matter what side we're on or who you sympathize with, key is to stay objective.
Hell, it could be they are both responsible. Perhaps IDF was attacking and Hamas launched a rocket which hit their own haspital in response. There just isn't reliable definitive source on it at this point. So everyone seems to be guessing.
I can't trust IDF or Hamas about this hospital strike. Biden supported Israel's position, to whom I'll lend some credence, but I'm still suspicious of him given how deep we are in this. I'm not sure there is anyone I can believe. It would help if the US trotted out some general and explained why we believe it was Hamas. But of course that can be mocked up easily enough too.
Why are you paying so much attention on details while israel explicitly threatened to attack hospitals shortly before the attack, and claimed responsibility in the first hour of the attack and then deleted everything they posted? Israel is a terror state. That is no secret.
I hope your head is doing better. My head is very clear minded in all of this. No, terrorist organizations do not hold themselves to a high standard or to international law. That's a reason why they are terrorists - they don't care about killing innocents. Holding yourself to a higher standard and international law is what clearly differentiates you from terrorists. Not doing so puts you closer to the terrorists.
This hospital is becoming one of those Rorschach tests that people see what they want to see out of it. it also could be lead to widening the conflict as there are mass protests in the West Bank over it.
I’m seeing a news report of Israelis praising Biden as the leadership they want to see while criticizing Netanyahu.
Agreed. I said last night that the video where you can hear the weapon coming in sounded like a rocket motor. Also, show me fragments of the alleged Israeli weapon that would be around. Haven't seen any of that from Hamas. The tiny little crater they showed is not what a JDAM would do. So it just doesn't add up to me. I don't trust either side but the evidence I have seen/heard looks like a rocket. Not a weapon system coming off an Israeli jet. Below are bomb fragments after a US bomb dropped in Yemen. You telling me Hamas wouldn't be blasting these kinds of pictures all over social media if it was an Israeli bomb? This stuff doesn't just vaporize.
good news: it looks like there are few very casualties from Palestine blowing up their own "hospital" . As it turns out they just hit the parking lot. bad news: the lie has already spread because of our **** media and massive riots seem imminent across the world.
They won't. We have the same issues here on both sides. Once people believe something no matter what, sadly the kool-aid drinkers will continue to believe it regardless of the evidence otherwise. They blow it off as fake news. My brother still believes that both Elvis and Princess Diana are still alive - it's true because they read it on the internet. In reality, it's not what you do or don't do. It's more about putting something out there with minimal evidence but major shock value that counts - and getting tons of coverage and clicks. The days of Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather are long gone
Are you all dumb or just pretending to be one? What more evidence do you need than the fact that one of the appointed advisors by Netanyahu posted a tweet and claimed full responsibility on the hospital attack. The terror state of Israel has issued multiple warnings to evacuate hospitals and schools few days before the attack. Do you think Israel or Netanyahu has any moral values?
They may not have claimed responsibility and deleted posts - there is so much disinformation - I saw that and couldn't tell if that was disinformation. All we have are the details. Right now it's not clear. But what is clear is that an explosion in a parking lot that looks like it damaged a dozen cars and none of the surrounding buildings isn't likely to kill 500 people. The creator looks small, off course the missile could have been an airburst - but still where is the damage to the buildings? Objectively right now, despite all the verbiage, it's hard to believe Hamas. I'm not saying Israel wasn't behind it, just that it doesn't seem like they were at this point in time.
