Problem with religious fanatics. They always think killing other innocent folks is justified under an imaginary all powerful being in the sky. Anyone who opposes their religion is the enemy or harbors hatred towards them. Both sides view themselves as the superior group. Without religion the arab-israel conflict might not even b a thing.

But giving 1.1 millions folks only 24 hours to vacate the area Is quite difficult if not impossible to do. Sadly more innocent palestines will die due to nightmare of the logistics to move before the given deadline not like the only pro israel folks on here could give any fks.
As I said, plenty of Israelis who don't think Palestinian lives are worth anything. Their children can die because of what Hamas did. That doesn't sound like justice to me.

We already know that neither Hamas nor Israel cares about Palestinians. They are just meat for both side to use as leverage. To Hamas, they are hoping for a blood Israel invasion where many Palestinians, especially children die in horrific fashion - thus giving them even more power.
People everywhere equating Hamas with Palestinians and Palestinians with Muslims is just asinine. Do people realize there are Jewish Palestinians and Muslim Israelis? These things hold power in your mind, so be careful how you think about this. These things might seem small but are big in our tendency to judge, label, stigmatize and generalize. More importantly, they are steps to dehumanize and cause people to not see value in a human life if one falls under that category. Be mindful, please. And for all these European countries and news outlets, the US and famous Americans, including Lebron freaking James to call Hamas terrorists and mum the word on Israel's forces is not helping. Both are committing war crimes, terrorist acts and are in the way of justice. Legally Israel's treatment of Palestinians is Apartheid, but we don't dare to call that out for obvious reasons. There's no reason to beat around the bush with that, since Israel controls literally everything: where people can go, which areas are forbidden, the access to water, electricity etc. And the parts they don't, Hamas does. And regarding the basketball world responding to this, especially Lebron, it's really unnecessary and adds only fuel to the fire. Lebron shouldn't be fearing the influence of the large Zionist / Jewish community, which unfortunately holds a lot of power and yes money, but he does. He could be ill-informed as well, since this thing is complicated to a degree, but speaking out against Israel in America and Europe as well is just not done. Good to keep this in mind when you form an opinion on this. If we even can, beyond the obvious atrocities committed in that area for far too long.

Fighting in the tunnels under Gaza would be absolutely terrifying. This whole thing is terrifying but watching the videos of the tunnels unlocked a new fear. Eradicating Palestinian militants from these tunnels could take years.
I think there is a a time to call out Israel for a long list of oppression, Unjust policies, cruelty, etc. I don't think after they have just suffered such a horrible act of terrorism is that time. You don't go to your neighbor whose husband just died and also found out she has pancreatic cancer and needs to start chemotherapy, to complain that she sets out her garbage cans on the wrong side and that her car should be pulled into the garage and not left in the driveway.
Something doesn't sit well with this analogy. I think it doesn't work because it assumes the garbage cans have no effect on husband's death and chemo. It would be like the trash can had severe radioactive material in it and they let it sit next to their house and it caused them to have cancer and her husband died and the neighbor is like "maybe you should move that can as it's killing you". That is more of a accurate representation of what people are doing blaming Israel.
