FTR we went 3-1 in preseason last year, including a 2-0 start with a massive 40 point route of the Spurs. I love what I’m seeing but absolutely no one should make any definitive statements from preseason games.

They actually took Cam out which tells me he has a shot at being in the rotation.

It really is going to be hard for him to get minutes outside of injury since everyone ahead of him is more experienced and much better defenders but I do want to see how he'd look with some of the main guys on the floor with him.

Why would you assume that's what I mean? I said him not his defense. Also his defense is good but he cant guard bigs a lot taller than him, he cant shoot and so who is he taking minutes from? He should be protection for injury that's it 3rd string. If he takes minutes from Cam or Tari or anyone not named Londale I will be mad.

Regardless of the season record this is the best rockets roster in years.

We got Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore playing blowouts even blow outs are entertaining to watch.

Not the best batch of cheerleaders I've ever seen, that's for certain.

Nah I'm doing it. They are much better.

I never thought they were going to be good last year, I'm on record for that.

I don't know if they will make the play-ins, I don't think they will, just not ready yet, but they are going to be an interesting team and in the mix until about half of the season.

It's not going to be like last few seasons where we're a month in and already looking forward to the offseason. Just on execution alone. This is a much better team. A lot more experience (which they did not have last year AT ALL) and just a better coached team.

It's going to put them in a lot more games this year.

The culture has changed and I know it's only preseason.

If you get a rookie pg starter you can afford 40M for a backup pg.

Hinton gets called for a flagrant 1. Seemed more fragrant than flagrant. Call stinks.

A franchise focused on winning instead of maximizing lottery position helps a bit too.

Yeah and getting vets like FVV and Brooks and Bullock and Boban to keep rookies under control.

Almost like we were intentionally tanking the last 3 yrs.
