If you are talking about ZERO innocent people killed as your standard then no war should ever be fought which is just not reality. nor a standard we hold ourselves to as a nation. However, the Israeli military is trying to minimize the loss of innocent life while achieving their objectives. They are also using techniques that we don't even use in their air campaign to reduce civilian casualties when they are about to drop a building. Are they perfect at avoiding civilian casualties? Absolutely not. They are making an effort to reduce it but it's impossible to avoid and especially in this environment. This isn't Iraq where the flow of foreign fighters coming in was virtually impossible to stop. If Israel can control the borders of Gaza and prevent additional fighters from coming in they can hunt down Hamas using similar tactics to what the US did in Baghdad with our task force that included CAG, Special Forces CIF Company, Rangers, 22 SAS, and some intelligence folks. The strategy was multiple raids every night based on intelligence and immediate follow on targets after battlefield interrogations. I believe all but 4 of the deck of cards were captured or killed. Plus many more on a black list that wasn't published. Then foreign fighters became a big part of the target list. The ability to track people down now is 10 times better than it was back then. The task force did about as good a job as possible at avoiding civilian casualties. However, there is a very gray area in what a civilian casualty is that I don't care to talk about. Most of the civilian casualties caused by Israel will be the initial air attacks happening now and the initial ground invasion. Once Israel controls Gaza they will deal with Hamas insurgents which will be responsible for most of the civilian deaths with suicide bombs, car bombs, etc and not the IDF who will be trying to secure Gaza and hunting down Hamas using the tactics I described above. Finally, I'm just sick of war and seeing it never end in this region. I wish it wasn't happening. What I described above is not what I WANT to happen but that's the likely scenario in my opinion. I also do not like Israel cutting off water, etc to Gaza. That's horrendous.
Last time I saw this was a crime? Where's the state trooper? Muslims in America are rich and smart. Look at our crime stats and we commit less crimes than almost any other demo. You're being deranged.
