CF not built for the regular season. But now, with all this post season success, this is setting a new standard of expectation that frankly is unprecedented in all sports, let alone baseball. In the crapshoot that is the MLB playoffs… even moreso now with extra wild card rounds and division rounds… the Astros have yet to have a bad roll in 7 straight years. Not having a fluke loss in the first round all these years is actually more impressive (to me) than the 2 World Series wins. (Yes, I said it)
It’s really insane. We will never witness this again with any of our teams as Houston fans. This is about as good as it ever gets as a fan of any sports franchise.
What’s a little stabbing between friends.. It was one of those “I swear if you don’t shut up I’m going to stab you!”
Actually I was more worried about the guys at another table who started yelling “Cheaters!” When they showed thr Astros dugout in thr 8th
Gotta believe if the Dbacks and Phiilies finish this off, this is the first time ever in MLB history since the 162 game schedule that no team left standing has more than 90 wins for the upcoming LCS.
He was talking about Framber's tendencies. I just don't buy the whisper crap when numbers say otherwise, and there's a player with better numbers to replace him.
He’s a she (not trans but an actual she before the D&D people get worked up). She talks about her danish Viking heritage a lot though.
I keep coming back here cause I can safely assume posters here know more about baseball than Carlos Correa
10000%. Yankees fans now realizing, 25 years later, that those late 90’s teams will always be the pinnacle of any era they were alive for. we don’t need to wait 25 years to acknowledge that here.
I don’t want to miss it. I’ll be dead one day and I’d hate to think I missed it when it was right in front of me.
I’ve lived here for many years but Correa seems to know more about Juicy Lucy’s and the Minnesota State fair than I do.
The dbacks had one of, if not the longest losing streak this season and here they are in the NLCS sweeping both the brewers and mighty dodgers. They had a horrendous July/august And won like 5 games. Thats baseball
We win another pennant and we have no option other than to call it a dynasty with Altuve being the constant.
