Pitcher only has to start the delivery within the clock, so "slow rolling" that delivery gets extra time
If Urquidy can just get through 6 and give us Neris/Abreu/Pres, that would be absolutely amazing. A few times he's just kinda sat behind the mound chilling, and then gets on the mound at the last few seconds and starts his motion. He isn't breaking the rules or anything.
Nothing illegal. He's started his windup and then paused, he's knelt behind the mound then got on the rubber and started his windup with no pause at all...stuff like that.
If you told me that Urquidy would go 5 2/3 and give up 2 runs I would have taken that in a heart beat. Great freaking performance from him.
