Honest question, I don’t think I ever knew:

Why do ppl not like Quincy Avery? I know he was Watson’s coach. I know we don’t like Mulugheta and I understand those reasons, but what did Avery do again? Just advise Watson against us or something?

I hope he continues to exceed that all time record.

He's outperforming all the rookies others picked as their draft favorite this year.

    Stroud 1,461 YDS 7TD/0INT 98.4 RTG
    Richardson 577 YDS 3TD/1INT 87.3 RTG
    Young 750 YDS 5TD/4INT 77.0 RTG
    Levis (Mr. Irrelevant)

I think he will take another step forward after the first INT. He was a bit inaccurate today and maybe he is trying to avoid that first pick. He still looked pretty good

Think he needs to throw a pick soon. The record will be something looming over his head. He needs to go out there and play not be too safe with it. Him throwing a pick won't be the worst outcome.

Can you elaborate? Like I said earlier, I get the DM hate, and I’m not saying there isn’t anything to hate about Quincy, I just don’t know what it is which is why I was asking.. what did he do/say?

I want it to be on like an end of the half Hail Mary.. doesn’t matter for the game, still gets the monkey off his back.

I don't want to take unnecessary chances, ever. But that's not the same as avoiding all risk.

Yesterday was confirmation that CJ needs a real WR1.

    Just went through his tape....

    He was actually pretty good.

Bad drops by Schultz and Woods on 3rd down.

Miscommunication with Dell on a 3rd.

Great route by Woods on a 3rd down pass that was tipped. CJ threw it way before Woods broke out of the route so would have been an easy 15 for a first down. Ball got tipped by the DL and was almost picked by the LB.

ATL did a solid job of protecting the sticks. CJ did a great job of taking what the defense was giving him.

They would have scored a ton of points if the run game was working.....

VERY CLEAR the Texans maybe should have tried more screens.

He’s pompous, arrogant, a me first guy who preaches the same type of behavior to be successful.
He’s a typical AAU coach type, that hangs on to to talent to promote himself.
He’s also so “pro black” that he’s bigoted.

I hate that he and DM are associated with Stroud. They don’t promote humbleness or work ethic. They promote image and “culture”.

Stroud seems like a good kid that is humble and team first, I’d like him to stay that way. Before he’s corrupted by those leeches.

I think you should always be concerned about who is around who.

You can tell though that CJ isn't going to be corrupted by all that BS.

I really hope so. I do think he’s a good kid.

I hate the people around him

We definitely need a WR1. Look at all the great QBs in this game. They all have that WR1 and that help open up their game. Allen - Diggs, Mahomes (had Tyreek) - Kelce, Tua - Hill & Waddle, Herbert - Keenan, Hurts - Brown ... etc.
