Hope Slowik got his run fetish out of the way with more O-line starters back. Also, Tank Dell appears to be another key to this offense. With him on the field the offense is opened up more.

welp Cj still the best rookie QB. slowik with some ass play calling for 90% of the game. Defense did enough to win the game but couldn't get a stop when it mattered.

Not getting a TD on the first turnover on their own side was the beginning of the end.

Calls were way too conservative for how small the lead was

Smh after causing 2 turnovers and setting the offense up in damn near the red zone on one of them. F that conservative bs!

I mean, if we are being realistic... Every opponent playing the Texans considers them an easy part of the schedule.

Better team lost today, way too conservative in the RZ. Should have went for the throat after that first fumble.

Feels like the offense just settled into this being a defensive game and called plays like it.

I blame this on the pass rush. It's inexcusable to not pressure a team like this, and to let Ridder just sit back and pick us apart. He's barely a starting NFL quarterback.

7 sacks on the season through 5 games. Pitiful.

Seems like Slowik cared more about protecting CJs interceptions streak than he did winning the game

Team needs a big line pushing DT in the worst way.

Thought Slowek was above being stubborn to keep doing the same thing over and over. They decided it was going to be smash mouth before the coin was flip.
    Lessons better be learned.

I'm actually not even that upset. This team is still a work-in-progress and there were things to like, like Stroud's TD at the end. Last year they wouldnt have even been in it at the end.

Prevent defense prevents another win. When will coaches learn? It’s such a garbage strategy, especially when they only needed a FG.

    Texans are ahead of schedule.

They need to try to run more earlier in the game.

Stroud looks elite and plays smart.

Dell leaving the game hurt more than folks realize.

Tough loss, but at least they compete till the end.

I’ve seen a Texans QB lead the go ahead drive just for the defense to **** all over themselves ENOUGH FU****G TIMES IN MY LIFE.

The offense took forever to do anything. But hey, you had the lead late. Not everything is gonna be pretty all the time. But DESMOND RIDDER hits you for a career game?!?!?! The last 2 losses for DeMeco have been nasty. The type of losses that dead some of the hype the fanbase is feeling about the team.

Sorry to say, but Pierce is not it by himself. Another new RB is needed for next year for a 1-2 punch.

Not anymore. We got Atlanta's best and they are undefeated at home.
