DeMeco - and the OC - this game loss was on you......too many conservative play calls, and you have to let Stroud audible...... Offense was too conservative, defense was too - can't play vanilla all game and not pressure a QB who struggles under pressure.....poor job by the coaches this week. We snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory to a mediocre at best ATL team. DD
Yep…learn from them and get better. Young team with lots and lots of holes. Need to find a way to generate a pass rush at some point.
Defense couldn't come up when needed. Offense couldn't come through on 3rd down and settled for too much FGs. Everybody said texans have an easy schedule after Steelers lol.
Whelp. That final drive by the Texans was a thing of beauty. Too much time left on the clock, felt the same as when we did that vs the Pats. Awesome clutch drive, but scored too early, and defense was Swiss cheese to end the game. Might as well have let them score aTD there.
Not getting a TD on the first turnover on their own side was the beginning of the end. Calls were way to conservative for how small the lead was
