Agreed 100%. I was at the game and was amazed at the booing. The man is a legend, and only did what was right for his family. If I remember correctly, the Astros didn't even offer him a contract.

I was there. People didn’t boo at the intros. When he came up to bat, I didn’t boo but I understand why people booed. They booed because he’s one of the Twins best players, he’s famous/remarkable and we’re Astros fans. Duh.
