    I would like to see an Astros/Rangers ALDS with an overwhelming Astros win of course. Then an Astros Braves WS.

    In prior seasons I would have leaned that way but this break is more likely to help the pitchers rest up than it is to cause the bats to cool off. I think the break is a godsend especially considering the chance the team they face could come in with an overworked pitching staff if the Astros get lucky and the series goes 3 games and/or there’s extra innings in that series.

    Agreed. Most years we were running hot going into the post season but this year our pitching needs rest so damn bad and it's not like our bats have been scorching so I'm less concerned about them cooling off.

    We need our pitching as rested as humanly possible.

    TB is the only team in the AL that I'm concerned about. And, the Rangers are handlng them.

    I am starting to warm to the idea of the Rangers winning their series vs Baltimore.
    I dont like the Rangers winning period, but I would like the chance to beat them head on.
