Turns out, she was a FRAUD and he was completely innocent.... Bauer was innocent the entire time. There is video evidence of her on the alleged day - and she was fine.....they have the meta data - he had to sue her to get the data to prove his innocence the judge through out her case and he sued....they eventually settled with him able to talk about it. How horrible.....she should be in prison for lying and fraud. DD

She went to the hospital after the second time they had sex, and the hospital immediately took her to a nurse that tracks and investigates sexual assault. The nurse said she was covered in bruising, that her vagina and butt were bruised and mutilated - to an extent that the nurse had never seen before. Her face was covered in bruises, and the types of bruises she had on her eyes and neck were consistent with someone choking her to the point she would pass out. Bauer's attorney asked if they could be self-inflicted and the nurse said it is not possible. The only traction that Bauer got was on the claim that the lady had a head fracture, and the nurse said she did not know. You don't know what you are talking about DD.
You mean other than the testimony of the nurse - the bruises all over her body, including her vagina and butt - the signs consistent with him choking her out according to the nurse - and the text where she confronted him for beating and having sex with her once he choked her out? If he wants to claim that the victim was on a money grab - so be it, but it doesn't change the fact that he beat her and then mutilated and had sex with her when she was unconscious. I'm not good with that....... neither were his teammates, neither were the Dodgers of major league baseball. You may want to ask yourself why you are okay with it. This goes beyond rough sex or S&M - once she is unconscious, she cannot give permission for anything and Bauer's reaction was basically "my bad". He is persona non grata as far as I am concerned and needs serious counseling and help. As for the victim - I don't doubt that she has severe issues as well.
I just don't believe the woman had worse vagina/butt injuries than real grape victims. Doesn't make sense on a biological level.
I do - because the trauma nurse, that did not even know the victim or Trevor Bauer said that was the case. The nurse, when she testified did not really go out of the way to help the victim, she simply testified to what she witnessed, what her opinions were and the basis for those opinions. At the end of the day - everyone is entitled to their own opinion, as a prosecutor and now in private practice, I have dealt with a number of sexual assault and violent cases and this is similar to a lot of those - especially when the accused and accuser know each other.
Does the judge assigned to the case that dismissed it know? Does the lawsuits being dropped with no compensation know? I mean who knows who ****ed her up - could have been a friend trying to help her get paid. If Bauer did it why did she settle for nothing and why was the case dismissed? DD
I watched the video. I do not have a side in this one, but one does not get to speak freely about the case and show evidence including damning texts sent by the lady unless your dealing from a position of having the upper hand in such matters. When a text says have daddy choke you out, it seems like a plan had been set in motion. It appears this lady saw an opportunity, and then got some bad advice on how to potentially extort cash from a famous and wealthy individual. He went to counter sue her. She saw the evidence against her and realized the jig was up. Trevor will always be a POS. He may or may not be a sadistic BDSM dude. But in a court of law for today anyway he is innocent. Does not change my opinion on him, but he does not have to walk his street informing his neighbors that he is a level whatever sex offender. wonder if Deshaun had to do that?
