I still say Tuck got the inside the park homerun and MLB is absurd for saying it was a triple and error; then triple and fielders choice; and then changing it to homerun and then changing it back to triple and fielder’s choice. So weird!!!
Either of them could have buried us when we sputtered going 3-9 against the A's, O's and Royals. But both of them lost a lot of games as well during that stretch, and we were never more than 2.5 games back. It really could have been a 5 or 6 game deficit.

What would be hilarious is if Texas gets blown out in the only 2 playoff games they participate in and we consider it as if they never made the playoffs.
Crazy way to end the season. The Astros division odds were at ~5% within the last week. The rest and ability to get the rotation lined up is huge. The playoffs will be exciting.
To those who thought the astros were going to win the division after the terrible stretch of games vs As and royals are a bunch of liars. No one thought the Rangers and mariners also collapsed in September.
The easy path has been their nemesis. Let’s call it the path of least resistance. I’m glad they’re not facing the Twins. That 18 game playoff losing streak has to end, right? They surely cannot lose 20 in a row.
