Also a lot of them focus on cardio vs bulking up when they retire, and they slim down quickly that way too. Staying completely yoked is REALLY difficult, especially when you start to age and maybe have had to deal with quite a few injuries. Typically if you see people stay that way past 35-40 or so, they didn't do it naturally.
We should be run and screen heavy with maybe 2 shot plays a quarter. Take advantage of that pass rush. Their secondary is somewhat strong, too, but the bread and butter is their aggressive pass rush.
hopefully Kendrick Green is fired up for this game given how he was run out of town by the entire city of Pittsburgh
I don't think Pittsburgh's run defense is very good. They're giving up a lot of fantasy points to backs, at least.
Draw plays and slants are our only hope. The deep ball is out this week. Maybe they could go with 2 TE sets. TJ, HIghtower, or both are going to live in the backfield and they have good safeties. Just keep CJ alive and hope for some short pass catch and runs and good defense to keep us in this game. I’ve never seen such injury devastation of an OL before. Four starters are third string. Our only saving grace is that Pittsburg’s offense is total s**t.
I'll wait to see what the coaches come up with to trap the Steeler''s aggressiveness. It's been a little different each game. 2 TE protection worked on Jacksonville to buy 2.5 seconds for CJ and he made it work.
I seem to be wrong more often than I'm right on these things, but I think Tank Dell is a must start in fantasy this week.
