Thought that TXST game MIGHT be a fluke because Texas State QB didn't look great but looked like he was... from a different tier of player (and having an unorthodox looking, but good day). Guess not.
Yeah, it's dumb. How do I know I hate? Because the Texans (who I no longer bother watching) use it. The fun is in playing new faces as much as possible, not bashing your head-in against Arkansas every year for no good reason (anything to do with the SWC is NOT a good reason). Sigh.

I love the passion in that conference. I've been to an LSU game against Auburn and sat around fans from Ole Miss and Alabama. You dont see that in any other conference in America. What is it that you dont like about the SEC?

4 team pod = 3 games a year. Out of 9 conference games. Get over it. Is the SEC still going to do the November weekend where the entire conference basically takes a bye week and plays DIII schools?
As much BigXII and SEC crap as Ziggy and I have thrown around, I think we are ok and do not need you playing internet paramedic. I would keep an eye out for the Baylor and UH folks, though, they can get a bit shady. Where'd you go to school, btw?
I went to Junior College, got married and started my own business. We are coming up on our 30th anniversary. My little brother graduated from UT. I think class of 96 or 97. He's in banking now.
I shouldn't have to play Arkansas every year because some lazy boomer was like, yeah, let's lock-in a pod of games for NO GOOD REASON.
You're not wrong, LSU would be much more funtastic. Arky's been out of sight, out of mind for so long that I'm not sure even the bluehaired UT fans give a damn about them anymore. They sure do hate us, though.
The friendly blood feud between Ziggy and this BBS' Longhorns has been going on for a long time. I, personally, am glad to have it back. Trash talk in college football is the best, bar none, and this type of banter makes it fun.
Did you stop watching Aggie games as well? Y'all have voluntarily played Arkansas for the last 15 years in a game called the Southwest Classic.
