Do people actually buy the stuff expecting to get it refunded? I figure they buy it because they want it anyway and are like well if it gets refunded, that is just a bonus.
Stroud has not done anything bad; but he hasn't exactly won this game for the Texans. You could say the Texans WR have let him down, but the same is true for the Jags WR's. More good Texans special teams and mistakes by the Jags.

I didn't say he doesn't look good so far. But it is very early for him. Many QB's look good at first and then fall flat. Plus only week 3 of tape on new QB and OC. Way too early to know. But I totally get the hope. It is deserved.
