The best/main thing is Framber and Dusty have supreme confidence in Maldy --- despite reality. Thus, the Astros gave themselves the best chance to win --- in their minds. We should extend Maldy's contract. Pitchers and management are confident in him... and over time, the confidence will eventually equate actual on-field results.
Maybe they aren’t even trying… that’s what makes this so frustrating. they didn’t know the Rangers were trading the future 2nd half cy young to them. They don’t have a clue about some of these young guys who are just out there happy to be on the big league team.
Oh yah, players suck also...but my hatred for Dusty, the manager, draws all my attention. I honestly think team chemistry is shot, and it's directly because of Dusty.
