Much-needed nurses are flocking to California — for some of the same reasons others are fleeing

California’s famously expensive lifestyle has driven away many residents in search of cheaper housing and lower taxes. But for highly sought nurses, that’s translated into the biggest salaries in the nation.

Registered nurses in California on average make more than $133,000 a year, 50% more than nationwide, according to federal labor data.

One other key factor that makes the state an ideal place for nurses: mandated minimum staffing levels. California is the only state that has enshrined those staffing standards into law

Seeing California’s success, a few other states have passed versions of those staffing requirements. Recruiting more nurses is seen as crucial to reverse the national trend of the healthcare workers leaving hospitals,
greatly exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is distracting from his point - Trump's playbook is madness.

What he will do to protect free speech might be the single biggest thing. Free speech is, once again, under attack by socialists worldwide.

This was 2 months before the fires started
Imagine you paying like 13% state income tax and $6 gas, and you have NO FIRE DEPARTMENT

    Economics has run its course

In addtion to aspiring AI professionals flocking to the global AI hub in San Francisco,
overwhelmingly, the highly sought nurses from Fla are flocking to Calif; it's a matter of economics and the efficient mandated minimum staff level ( critics call it woke policies ) at the workplace.

btw, if you split the golden state into 2 parts, you get
    • NoCal
      • stretching from the Oregon border to just north of Bakersfield
        • including SF, silicon valley, wine country in Napa Valley and the San Joaquin Valley, the most productive agricultural region in the world
    • SoCal
      • stretching from Bakersfield to the Mexican border
        • including LA, OC, Long Beach, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego.

SoCal alone generates a GDP just above $2 trillion, 17.6% bigger than the state of Florida with a GDP of $1.7 trillion

tinfoil parrots the convenient lies of these fools, who conveniently ignore these facts
    • AI professionals are flocking to SF, the global hub for AI
    • nurses are flocking to the golden states attrubutable to
      • much higher pay
      • Newsom-induced mandatory minimum staffing level at the workplace, critics have been dismissing it as woke policy

tin foil continues to publicize his willful ignorance.

there is one Zuckerberger, as compared to tens of thousands of
    • aspiring AI professionals (from other states and countries) flocking to SF, the globla hub for AI
    • higher sought nurses flocking to the golden state, as illustrated by this eg

Florida Nurse Makes $25K a Month Working in California —
    Here’s How She Does It

    • Memwanesha Daniels, RN lives in Jacksonville, Florida, and regularly flies to Oakland, California, for work.
    • She earns more than three times her local pay, sometimes reaching $25,000 per month with overtime
    • In Calif, the Newsom-induced "mandated minimum staff level" ( which DiSantis dismisses as woke policy ) makes the workload manageable/rewarding.
    • She is considering moving her family to California full-time but says that regardless of where she lives, she intends to continue nursing in the SF Bay Area.

conservatives are obsessed with California/NYC. While people living in Cali/NYC don't even about them at all.
