I don't think I said peace would be achieved if the US stops giving aid. I have specifically stated this isn't our problem. This country has been sold a bad bill of goods. Which is it - Russia will take over Europe ... or is Russia so incompetent they can't take over a country like Ukraine. Either way, it's not our problem ... and Russia is not invading a NATO nation. There is zero evidence any country wants an All-In war and attacking a NATO nation will surely bring this response. China doesn't want this and Russia doesn't stand a chance if China turns its back to Russia. I never stated Biden had the full NATO authority. I am aware all it takes is 1 hold out to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO...and that's why I find it laughable at this point.

Zelensky is giving the worst case scenario - he is right, Russia might go into another country....to me, now is the time to negotiate.....part of any deal would be instant entry into NATO for whatever portion of Ukraine is negotiated. DD

The only way the UKRAINE wins is if we go all out on support and everyone else does too and has the Ukraine go INTO Russia/Belarus - forcing Putin to sue for peace. What we have done is setup a lend lease program where they owe us for weapons used, most of which are out of date or use in the USA and are 2 to 3 generations behind.....and we are using our stockpile to weaken Russia - it is an excellent strategy, but we need to have an end game. If it is to kick Russia out, then we need to go all in.....if it is to bleed them dry, we are about there now. DD

What in the hell are you talking about? We havnt given UKR any aid from the lend lease program. The weapons they've gotten were done by presidential drawdown which they don't have to pay back. Mark Miley the top general said it's cheaper for us to give the weapons to ukr than it would be for us to get rid of them properly.

Again. We've destroyed half of the Russian heavy armor by spending 10% of our military budget while getting rid of all of our old **** we had in inventory. We're giving them first generation Bradley's, strykers, and other IVs when were already manufacturing the next generation of vehicles. From a US prospective the ukraine war was a massive success. We've eliminated Russia ability to help China in case of a direct war with china. Now is the time to push for peace while we can give ukraine security assurances and this war will be a massive success
That depends upon whether our end game is Putin's removal or just where we are now? We might want to carry on through the winter to give the Russian populace more time to revolt and toss him out..... Putins removal? Putin isn't getting removed anytime soon. Don't live on cloud 9 aka lala land. We've destroyed Russian heavy equipment and our tech export controls on Russia will prevent them from re arming.
