Thank God France got his load management. It lasted a week and he still pitched during said time. He couldn't get more rest because Maldy *must* play -- which causes extra losses for the team. Said gives less room for leeway for the division and playoffs, so the team feels more desperate for every victory -- although Dusty doesn't feel the same urgency with his lineups. There's more starters who need similar management. But they can't due to the same reasons France can't.
