Yes - he has that talent - as to why Love, Lebron and Dame talked about it. Unfortunately his head, won't let him reach it. DD
Im actually going to give Stone some credit for structuring the contract the way he did. Seems even they had an idea that something could happen to make them want to part ways

No harm? Many thought that it could end badly, though probably not many did envision such horrible scenario. And there is a lot of harm in making people work with a psycho, coddling him no less, especially when you have such young team like ours.

At the time, people were calling it a unique contract. That's because no team was ever in a position to NEED to structure a contract that way to protect its own interests. Moral of the story: If you think a player is enough of a risk that you feel compelled to create a contract specifically designed to mitigate that risk, then maybe you're right about the player to begin with.
taking risk on talent is different than a bind hope. There are decision points all along the way that help determine good outcomes or bad outcomes. In this case Stone missed several opportunities to prevent this bad outcome. It’s really just that simple.
yes humans can’t function without a head and players can’t play without a head. It’s connected to your body. It’s one package. It’s human physiology.
He is a triple threat but he was not working hard as we heard......trying to play cute during practice sessions.....having problems with staff.
It is even too much guarantee in my eyes. Should have only guaranteed 5-6 million.....similarly like a high lotto pick and that every year......
1) Wrong thread 2) You are trying too hard 3) I have shown plenty of data proving that the opposite is true - the data does not support your claim
