How does helping his mental health problem stop him from beating a woman in the future? Hurting someone breaking the law you need to be responsible for your actions. To say just he has mental health doesn’t not excuse his responsibility for those actions he committed. Do you know if he was in a manic state while beating on a helpless woman?
