I'd rather be playing the Braves than the A's. They just can't lock in against these dud for some reason.

They’ve beat up on Oakland this year but are flat in this series.

 

I think this is the best explanation as well for what's wrong with this team. Complacency and lack of sense of urgency has been a constant themes until recently when you hear more players saying they need to show more sense of urgency, go out there and execute, etc. The Astros usually don't have issues in these areas consistently like they have this year.

 

We won the last series but they played us tough

 

I remember Astros offense struggled.

Man this is hard to watch

 

They were 8-1 against Oakland before this series. In the past few weeks the Astros have looked like the AL favorite and a non playoff worthy team multiple times.

This game looks weird. Our hits keep going straight to the A's fielders to where they nonchalantly catch it as if playing against a little league team. They might as well catch behind their backs at this point.

 

Almost unwatchable. The charity has done well.
