nonsense. lets tipjar bet that kpj will never be on the rockets active roster again if you're so sure with your no doubt claim
The victim can refuse to cooperate and it weakens the case significantly - this happens all the time as the parties settle instead of going to trial and the prosecution then has to weigh the chances of success against not having a victim be able to testify - and usually it gets pleaded down in a plea deal or dropped all together. They do have a witness though, and injuries, so they could proceed, but my money is on then plea dealing to a lessor charge. DD
I do not have a problem with this setting, that settles it for me. Well done. Good to know that both are or were professional ballers, at least they are independent from one another.
he's clearly an idiot too but yeah I am sure. So i guess your no doubt claim isn't really "no doubt" then if you don't want to tipjar bet
Honestly, KPJ needs to be in a mental rehab center. John Lucas failed. If I'm KPJ, best thing you can do... plea deal and check into a facility for round the clock care. The guy needs some meds if he can't control himself. Just as a human being it would be what is best for him. Then after a year or two, if they have him straightened out, he can work his way back through semi-pro ball...
Yeah the lesson is that if you are a career criminal who has spent his life dodging consequences you shouldn't say "lock her up!" So here it would seem if you have a history of breaking women's necks, sit this one out.
Weirdos in here trying to rationalize a spoiled athlete breaking a woman's neck. If you feel sorry for him, you need to reflect on your own life.
That is pretty harsh, just because you helped others, does not mean you can save everyone. That one is so broken down, so far down that road......it is tragic.

Plea deals are common... prison would do more harm than a mental health facility. I would not be surprised if he's bipolar...
I imagine the core is happy they will soon be free of the ish. Excited to see this group with VV and (crazy as it sounds to me) DB, Udoka and a solid crew with a new philosophy towards winning.
Don't care about trump, but I'm not aware of any other arrests in his life. Also think a lot of this stuff is silly... charged with a crime for telling people to watch newsmax? CNN I could understand
I wasn't blaming Lucas. His specialty is addictions and that's not KPJ. He honestly comes across bipolar and can't control himself. It's not that Lucas couldn't help, it's that someone else may have been more effective.
In the State of New York it is to note that Porter had seen a Judge for his arraignment. The Judge passed on the Restraining Order. And handled the bail.
