    He says in this quote,

”MRI results are back … nothing too serious, just gonna need a bit of time on this one.”

I suppose that rules out a fracture. But pretty vague.

    best I could find atm.

Well, he could be lying, since Roosh says Sengun is lying about his height.

Need more facts. I detect bias. (© @bigtexxx)

Need Roosh to confirm after watching the replay. I hear he is very good at remote height and medical diagnoses.

Rockets to Australian national team : "You can't carry our Jock. Send him here."

Relieved to hear it's nothing serious. Our championship aspirations have not been derailed!

    from same source..

''While the ankle injury will keep him out of Australia’s World Cup campaign, I’m told the expectation is that Jock Landale should be good to go for the start of training camp with the Houston Rockets.''

    ....definitely not derailed

(I'm replying to @heypartner's post, so if the train is off it's tracks, he's in the caboose)
So Sengun is actually taller than he says? I knew it! The young fella is always talking himself down. He's so quiet and reserved, just like his fans here at the BBS. Alpy simply isn't a self-promoter. Roosh must have really done some detective work.

In other news, Alpy Sengun led Turkey to a win over Sweden in the FIBA Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament, hitting 2 of 4 threes! Apparently he's gaining confidence in his shots from behind the line. Finally. I just ran across this story, which I think is from Sports Illustrated. Reporting for their Rockets page is Coty Davis:

Rockets' Alperen Sengun Leads Turkey Past Sweden

During the FIBA Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament, Houston Rockets third-year forward Alperen Sengun led Turkey to a compelling victory against Sweden. Houston Rockets big man Alperen Sengun has been on an impressive run during the FIBA Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournament. Sengun's latest performance came on Friday when he led Turkey's national basketball team to a 105-84 victory over Sweden.
    • (I stuck in this tweet from Jackson showing Alpy hitting a trey)
Sengun scored 16 points and added five rebounds in the win. The third-year forward has showcased all the skill sets that have drawn comparison to Nikola Jokic. But during Turkey's victory against Sweden, Sengun displayed his improved 3-point shooting by nailing two of his four attempts.

Sengun has shown star potential throughout his first two seasons. And after averaging 12.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.2 steals across 147 career games, Sengun has gained the respect of his idols.

His most significant praise came from Jokic in November. Following a 129-113 loss to the Denver Nuggets, the two-time league MVP winner suggested that the Rockets' offense should run through Sengun.

"I think they need to play a little bit more through him," Jokic said. "This guy has the talent. He can pass the ball. He can post up. He has the touch around the rim. You can see some different moves that he’s made."

During an interview with Eurohoops, Sengun said he doesn't have an idea about his role next season. But due to his play during the FIBA qualifying matches, Sengun is well on his way to a prominent role under new coach Ime Udoka.

Rockets really should have Yao Ming Rule - Don't play in National Team Games. It will shorten your Career due to Injury, especially for Centers.

Every roster player is healthy physically... at least one of them is a mental health disaster
