Yeah, he’s a better athlete than AR.

He did what he can do, pick up yards when given them. Not elusive and still got ran down by linemen.

He had an OK game all things considered

Getting me to watch all 4 quarters without sleeping. I'll give them a B- for effort

That lineman was Clowney. Clowney came into the league with sub 4.5 speed. Come on now.

He had pretty much the same QB rating as Lamar Jackson. I’ll take that for his first nfl game ever with these receivers and offensive line.

Yeah it was a solid game all things considered.

There was quite a few throws that needed to be better. And he has to get rid of the ball faster. Really for his safety with this trash Oline

I saw improvement on defense. Which I expected, due to Demeco and the defense being rock-bottom horrible last season. I actually saw a bit of something resembling a "pass rush" and "pressure on the QB" today.

Offense...well, it's a process. The Texans will continue to struggle moving the ball until the OL reacquires a semblance of health. Even then, the talent level is underwhelming there. It's going to take time.

Stroud looked pretty solid for his first regular season NFL game against an above-average Ravens defense. Some things to work on, but he didn't make a lot of costly mistakes. I just hope he doesn't get hurt in the weeks ahead considering our rickety leaky Oline.

The Ravens will probably be a top team this season, all told not a bad performance. A lot to work on, the O line issues we all feared certainly manifested in a big way.

I really thought they should have pushed the run more in the first half.

No reason at all for Pierce to only have 11 carries and a rookie QB throwing 44 times

And most of those runs oddly came down in the 2nd half when we were running out of time lol.

Felt like it made more sense to rely on the run to start the game instead of handing the ball off to a rookie as many times as we did.

    jeje 44 pass attempts.
Without trying to sound like a homer, Area 51 almost had himself 3 sacks. He missed his first one, a sack only Lamar could escape. Any other qb was dead upon arrival. The second missed sack, he was being held around the neck, Lamar then glides by him.

Ravens "revamped offense" was Flowers pass in the backfield and making 4 Texans miss. Pitre would have tackled him but 'chest discomfort'.

Oh, the Stingley P.I. If that was Sauce, they don't call it.

Stroud good performance for a rook. Didn't get rattled by a never ending wave of Ravens. Disappointed in the running game.

That was Clowney's best game in a long, long time.

What's up with him wearing #24? Took me a few plays to realize who he was.

Considering the absolute joke of an O line they threw out there today, I'm satisfied with the results from Stroud, Give him a competent O line and some time to mesh with his teammates more and I think he'll start putting up better numbers.

Agree, especially in his first game.

    Even better....

    Stroud 78.0 RTG
    Deshawn Watson 67.3 RTG
    Joe Burrows 52.2 RTG
    Bryce Young 48.8 RTG

I didn't see anything egregious from Stroud.

He's slower than I'd like him to be (especially with this OL) but the kid can sling it.
