Yeah he and this o-line get a big F. Didn't really give the offense much of a chance to do much. Stroud under these conditions did a commendable job.
I'm not being a UT fanboy, but watching how Sarkesian used motion and changing sets pre-snap last night against Alabama vs how the Texans are doing it today....wow, there's a massive difference in just technical competency and also efficacy
Happy with the way Stroud played. Wish our offensive line wasn't so hurt. Greenard and Anderson plated really well.
Honestly good for a first showing. Especially considering the Ravens are supposed to be one of the stronger teams this year. Defense played well today, went down a notch after losing Pitre. Offense looked rough but...Raven's front 7 among one of the best, Ravens defense is always tough and on the road. Game 2 should be A LOT more competitive at least. Also, Stingley locked up whoever he was on. Good to see.
A B game for Stroud. He started the game looking shook but he settled in nicely. The O-line, the lack of weapons and Slowik dialing up some dumb **** at times held him back
I think it’s an A for the circumstance. I’m trying to think of how other rookies in the past would have done with the lack of talent surrounding him.
Can't wait for our offensive line to get healthy. We need to be able to run the ball. Considering all the pressure I'm really impressed with Stroud. He had better stats than Watson and Burrow today. No interceptions, staying positive, and not giving up is all I can ask for. .
