Agreed! Even when we took the last series from them 2/3, they still had final laugh with that 17-1 win in the 3rd game. We answered not just with one big win, but 3. 3 completely lopsided games where for a while the only pitcher of theirs that didn’t give up a run was a catcher coming in to pitch in a blowout. Just a complete and utter stomping throughout the entire series.. wow.

This series reminds me of the one last season against the Mariners right after the ASB. They were on a roll and were so hyped up about it...calling it their biggest series of they year. Their crowds were huge and rowdy...until we eviscerated them with a sweep. They managed to still play well enough to get swept by us again in the playoffs but the division was over at that point.
