Twins pitching is pretty damn good and good pitching wins in the post-season as we saw last year. Our pitching is very shaky and I don’t have much faith it. Twins have also had our number this season. Combine that win Dusty having free reign and that’s a recipe for an upset. It’s been happening all year. Why expect it to all of a sudden change?

 

Singleton hits below 0.200. I wonder if Dusty was looking at the fan stat OPS for Singleton and the batting average for Chas.

 

Not letting chas play in the gold uniforms was a huge slap in the face.

 

They say this guy invented the high five. His entire reputation as a great manager is total fantasy. How that narrative took hold is astounding. This supposed great guy is a total prick when it comes to certain players, and it shows. He probably wanted Chas traded, team be damned.

I mean, I think he likes Singleton and Julks because he can relate to them. Kind of an affirmative action meets relatability meets gut feeling type of decision making. Hate to say it, but I think it's true. I do think race plays a factor. His hatred of McCormick is probably because he doesn't understand him. McCormick is the most chill, easy going person ever.
