Comer has claimed guilt so carelessly. All his previous claims have fizzled out. And again, this is the chairman of a committee, so this behavior is from the leadership of the Republican Party. I have not seen such behavior from the leadership of the Democratic Party, at least not in the past few years.
I do know. Humans are basically decent. I know that. I also know that scapegoating "different" people is fairly common in human history. The US has a rich history of it as well. So, yes, I will make the statement that the vast number of people that try to enter the US are decent people. It's a faith I hold based on being around people of all different backgrounds.
