The tri-color thing just doesn't work. You need two primary colors and an accent color. Make the helmet white and we're in business.
Looks good to me and that makes sense about the colors I just don’t know what we could do about incorporating Columbia blue
You'd have to drop the steel blue, and that's where Amy Adams will pitch a shitfit. My guess is that we will have some abomination uniform that only barely incorporates the Columbia blue like how the buccaneers did with the Creamsicle.
Found this online: Why not just make that the logo? If you want to use the goofy 1's to make the "H" like the other merch, feel free. To me, this has the right feel of nostalgia and is representative of past Houston (and Texans) football. Put it on a a white helmet, and let's go.
If those are the colors, I’d like a white helmet as the alternative. Wish I could edit both to see how they’ll look.
Yeah, it's a far cry from 1968 when the expansion Bengals just flat out copied the Browns entire uniform because Paul Brown was pissed about being fired in Cleveland.
