Lamar has at least proven something in both college and the NFL. Richardson has proven nothing in EITHER. In fact, his only proving of anything was at the combine. He has zero accuracy. I know the NFL is changing, but I think we just value different things in a QB if you’d take Richardson over CJ.

Is Stroud a QB or a WR? Sometimes with you, I think you forget. You're more fixated on stupid **** like athleticism, and "upside", than actually being a QB. Where as Will Levis is an all world athlete and he cannot throw. Which is why he slid.

QB's who are able to throw accurately, and make proper reads are the ones that win Superbowl's and are in the Hall of Fame. Why you're so worried about athleticism really baffles me.

At Ohio State, he was two time Big 10 offensive player of the year, threw for tons of yards and touch downs. We've watched his pinpoint accuracy, strong arm, and the way he layers throws.

Will he succeed in the NFL? Who knows. But him not succeeding because he can't run fast is hilarious.

No where have I said he won’t succeed because of his athleticism. I’ve complimented his arm numerous times.
I’ve just said it limits his upside compared to the league today.

Sure just like Bryce Young's size limits his upside and the fact that he could get hurt any day. Didn't stop you from hyping him up

@cmoak1982 got bashed for saying that first throw was under thrown. I agreed with him, and also said that it could have been driven down the field, and less towards the sidelines a bit and it could have been a touchdown.

JT agrees and says exactly this. Credit where it is deserved.

Man, this guy in the video must really get frustrated watching QB play in the NFL. Because if that throw wasn’t up to par then par is high as hell. I get what he’s saying but Nico has to make that play to be a starter in the NFL. Period. Stroud has a ways to go but damn you’re nitpicking if you don’t like that one.

Don’t think it’s not liking, just could have been a little more in front.
Was still a helluva play by the DB

Correct. I would run AR15 right into the AFC Championship game. Look at the QBs in the playoffs last year. The game IS changing and those who dont adapt will be left behind. Lucky for me that I dont view CJ as a statue and liken him to a Mahomes and old school Rodgers of sorts. I think AR can be taught how to be a better QB, but the other qualities he brings cant be taught.

Stroud isn’t a statue but he nowhere near the mobility of Mahomes or young Rodgers. Probably closer to Rodgers now.
Mac Jones, young Matt Ryan, Jacoby Brissett and Jameis Winston are closer comps

I don't disagree with you on any of that. I think JT is pointing out things from a super critical eye. I love his videos.

I was happy with the throw. Nico has to catch that. Though, it's also fair to point out that even thought the throw was good, CJ probably wasn't happy with it, as he knows he could have possibly thrown Nico open for a TD.

    Athletically?
    Levis-Tebow/Jones
    Maye-Herbert that wants to run
    Ewers-Darnold
    Nix-Watson
    Williams-Wilson/Mahomes if he was a 4.5 guy

We'll see. I would have preferred a true running threat at QB, but Stroud is not here to run RPO concepts. I just need him to pick up 1st downs when he can which he is more than able to do.

It’s much harder to teach AR15 to be accurate than it is to teach stroud to run more
