I wasn’t looking for a fight. I was really just being humorous (attempting) with my post.

Still, we underachieve in games all the time. Today, we are going up against a pitcher with a .97 whip. Hope the real Astros show up.

    No Diaz

Singleton,Dubon,Maldonado..f**king gross. Can't wait until we have a manager that actually plays his best team more often than not.

agreed. And I will also be super pissed if Julks is starting. We need either Chas or Meyers in CF.

Probably not gonna win then. I hope we do but Dusty isn’t running the best team out there today. He kills us.

I may be reading this wrong, but is seems like you are saying lineups with Diaz that score a lot aren't followed by lineups that have Maldy and don't score a lot.

This shows that Dusty still has full control and he doesn't give a fck what others think. Instead of playing one of our hottest hitter at 1b, since it's Abreu off day, he plays Singleton. Fck it.

Singleton, Peña, dubon, and Maldy is a rough 6-9, but Peña is slowly improving!

The Fun factor of this lineup is not high.

    They have to win.

The top of the order is just going to have to step up.

A good 6 innings from JV would be good also.

Astros win 5-3. Yordan off the schneid with a HR.

Alex gets OPS back to .800 and AVG over .260.

Unfortunately our manager has determined that he does not care if we win or lose today

Shouldn't have to come to this, when you are fighting for a playoff spot and have 8 good offensive players, all 8 should be in the lineup at this point unless one of them has some kind of injury situation

Singleton 4-9 with a BB and only 1 K in his last 4 games (2 starts)

I prefer Meyers in CF and Chas in LF in very big parks like this. I hate to say it but there will be at least 1 hit today that Dubon simply can't get to that Jake or Chas would have. I hope it doesn't cost them.

Diaz simply must be in the lineup vs RHP and 9 out of every 10 games regardless.

But I still think they score enough, just not 9 runs.

Jim Crane and Dana Brown are p*****s

Both know johnnie does this, and neither have a nut sack to make him cut it out

They better hope their lack of intestinal fortitude don't come back to bite them. Crane will lose some green by missing the playoffs, Brown could be the GM that oversaw the fall of a dynasty

Little johnnie is just the turd we have always known he was

I actually don't mind Singleton over Abreu. Abreu did hit the ball hard several times yesterday. Singleton has looked better recently. Between those two it’s a toss up and Abreu needs his rest.

Yah, but I prefer Diaz over both of them. Especially since Maldy is ingrained at catcher with JV.

Agreed but Diaz needs to catch. Maldy should not be starting. I know you probably agree.

Playing Maldy so much is just awful

But it's so much worse when he feels the need to play Singleton and Dubon in the lineup WITH Maldy. It's just so easy to pitch to the bottom of the lineup, and there is zero reason to pitch to Chas with that crap coming up

It's sickening what Crane and Brown allow johnnie to do to this team

And none of them will/can say anything, but I can promise you there are a lot of players who are sick of it too. I get the feeling Bregman wants to say something pretty bad but he knows he can't

I wonder if Bregman drinks? Maybe he will get drunk and drunk X the truth
