Correct we are 1 1/2 games up for the 3rd wildcard spot. I think the Mariners win the division and we will be a wildcard.

When we play that lineup, we are easily the best offensive team in baseball. Not Tampa, Not Arlington, Not Baltimore..the Houston Astros are the best offensive team in MLB when we our manager decides he wants us to be, which isn't often

I believe if the season ended today, we would be the 3rd team in. The Astros Division winner likely will get a bye because of being the top 2 teams in the American League, we would be playing the non-division winner likely Texas, but they have home field. In a 2 out of 3 against Texas, I like our chances with JV and Framber. I'm getting ahead of myself, but we have a 2.5 game lead on the last spot.

If Julks starts, I think I will lose my mind, but the rest is spot on unless Brown is willing to piss both Dusty and JV off. The whole Dubon in CF is crazy and JV should be ashamed if he is really insisting on it. Does he hate McCormick too?

 

Toothpick and Shades playing Julks is like Rockets telling Ryan Anderson to keep shooting 3s at Toyota Center. They city will thank Dusty, I believe he thinks he is getting a monument at City Hall.

 

Yea who knows what to believe and not believe, but if JV is really insisting on Dubon as his personal CF then he has some mental issues
