The Mariners are in such a sweet spot with their schedule. Next 7 games are KC, Oak and @ NYM. However, after this homestand they play 16 out of 22 on the road, including 3 with Cincy and 4 with the Rays. The Astros have to light a fire and just try to maintain their current position over the next week and then totally take advantage of their own weak schedule when we play KC and Oakland for 9 games.
When looking at the schedule last week, we all figured there was a good possibility that Seattle would move into 1st. The Astros still have 3 games vs them and 3 w/ Texas so have 100% control to win the division. They just need to start winning and then rest will take care of itself. I expected 4 of 6 this week. So just go 4-1 now - Wed and all should be good.
