It’s cut and dry… you don’t have to hire anyone, but you can’t automatically disqualify anyone from applying.

Talk to Trump the DOJ started investigating under him.

And all law enforcement is selective...if Elon has nothing to hide he has nothing to worry about.

That, and his bragging about how he blackmailed the Ukrainian government to fire this prosecutor, and the reports of him having used fake names when communicating with Hunter about the influence peddling business kind of changed my perception of Biden. He is not just this nice, senile, slightly demented grandpa, but very Macchiavellian, and possibly corrupt.

Dude you hardly pass any bar, like ever.

    JK

It doesn't matter if you passed a bar exam, so did the guy from catch me if you can with 2 weeks studying, doesn't make you a citizen or make you understand how the Justice department works.

My company did get sued for fraud, in an effort by a publisher trying to steal an IP I owned - and I won every single decision in that lawsuit to where the suing party had to pay a settlement to stop themselves from going to jail for lying under oath....it was glorious.

We all know that you are anti Islam and Anti - Immigration - but the DOJ is a separate entity, and there is no weaponization of it......you need to turn off Fox News, for someone as smart as you are - you are falling into a cult of personality....Elon, Trump, just run your own company and make it worth something.....and do it within the rules, unlike those two.

    You can DO IT !!!!

You are always wrong, on everything.

    https://testmaxprep.com/blog/bar-exam/frank-abagnale-jr/amp

Over the years, many of Abagnale's claims have been proven to be exaggerated and straight-up lies.

The biggest one? That he was an attorney or even passed the bar at all. There is no record of Abagnale having passed the bar in Louisiana (or elsewhere), and he never worked in the Attorney General's office. After a late-night talk show appearance, he was even challenged with questions about the former Louisiana Attorney General he claimed to have worked for and failed to answer any of them accurately.

I would agree with that statement, but not some of your word choices before that, (like a "report" versus a rumor or speculation).
But yeah, he's getting way too much done to just be some senile grandpa who just barely makes it to ice cream time every day. LOL. The two critical narratives of him (demented elder vs. ruthless, stealthy schemer) aren't consistent.

He's very Machiavellian, and I have always assumed that someone in national politics for that long has made a ton of ethical compromises along the way, and Delaware wouldn't be the best place to hide from corruption. That's different from criminal activity, at least so far as we know so far.

You have been shown literally a million different pieces of evidence how Biden was ASKED to fire the UKR prosecutor yet you keep spinning the same lie over and over in literally every thread. The reason why i call you a scumbag is folks like yourself who spread lies knowing its disinformation are the lowest class of human beings.

You have literally spun this same conspiracy in 5 different threads. Spreading lies and conspiracies is what makes one an absolute awful human which you pride yourself in

hes somehow going to be a lawyer but is dumb as ****. He claims biden firing the UKR prosector is somehow proof biden is corrupt even though theres numerous letters that show republicans at the time demanded the prosector be fired. The prosecutor that @AroundTheWorld keeps talking about was in the pocket of burisma and hes been shown this evidence a million times but is a low class loser.

the people whining the most about "weaponization" of the justice system either support a president or dont have s*** to say about a president who weaponized the justice system and is threatening to do it again if he gets elected.

How dare the US government investigate someone who gets tens of billions of dollars from China while having sweatshops in slave labor territory in china. The government should allow billionaires to do whatever they wish

SpaceX recieves government funding which clearly states the terms of the grant. If SpaceX doesn't want the doj investigation then simply don't accept any government money. Good God your brain is destroyed.

The us government can't just spend money however they want. There's an appropriations process which tells the government how to spend money.

SpaceX receives millions in government grants. If they don't wsnt the government in their business turn away the money. You don't sign the application for a mortgage then complain about the terms of the mortgage later

You folks are utterly incapable of thinking for yourself

Every successful politician is Machiavellian to an extent. It's in the nature of the position.

Again though this is yet another try to have it both ways. Biden is both a senile old fool who can't stay awake during a speech but he's also a nefarious mastermind who's pulling strings around the world for his own purposes.

The doj has every single penny allocated to it by congress and are told exactly how they can spend it. They cant just rewrite mandates given to them by congress. You cant go and sign a business loan and then down the street change the terms of the loan. If musk doesnt want the DOJ in his business he can turn away all government funding and then he wouldnt be under the microscope of the government.

Every single department in the us government is told exactly how to spend the money they have by congress. The us government is responsible to tax payers which has a responsibility to overlook the grants it gives Spacex.

Again he would never do this because the government is the one who bailed his ass out in 2009 and 2012. Without the US government bailing out Musk he would be a bum right now and he knows this. He'll play his culture war bullshit on twitter so folks like you can run to his defense.

Dont want the doj in your business? Dont take the damn money

Its totally not like the SEC under Trump found musk to be in violation of numerous secrutity violations right

    https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2018-226

Its totally not like Tesla has been hit with numerous discrimination lawsuits against its own workers numerous times right

    https://people.com/human-interest/c...ployees-allege-company-discriminated-against/

Its that big bad biden whos bringing the hammer down on Musk! He was never in trouble before biden!

The most pathic thing one can do in this world is to asslick rich people.

Worked really well here. Already wasted $ 16 billion, expected to balloon up to $ 50 billion. Several veterans have died because of the botched implementation.

VA, Oracle Cerner EHR system in the crosshairs

CONGRESS AT A BREAKING POINT — The Department of Veterans Affairs and Oracle Cerner’s woes in replacing the agency’s digital health records system has left Congress seething.

The project — tied to at least four veterans’ deaths and estimated to cost more than $50 billion after initial estimates put it at $10 billion — is on pause, and lawmakers are threatening action.

I genuinely cant believe that you're still spinning the conspiracy that Biden bragging about the prosecutor is somehow a bad thing. How can you be in law school but cant take 5 minutes to research the case? You do know slotkin aka the corrupt prosecutor that they were paying was in the pocket of Burisma. The last thing burisma wanted was to fire the prosecutor. Biden did exactly what they DIDNT WANT HIM TO DO. They didnt want the corrupt the prosecutor gone because they had him by the balls.

Do you realize how utterly dumb your talking point is? The reason why republicans and others wanted the prosecutor fired was because he was not investigating any of the corruption.
