I wonder if the Judge in the DC case can use this as a reason to fast track his trial in DC.............we already had 1 maga trump guy get shot and this wacky lady in Alvin threatening to kill the DA.................we know how this will end, someone is going to get hurt or worse shot and killed

An interesting position Key White takes is that it was important to prosecute trump, regardless of any disingenuous or honest concern about the impact on politics or "the people" (republicans/maga types). Because sometimes you just have to0 do what is right.

The posting of the GA grand jury’s names and home addresses along with threats looks to me like jury intimidation. Isn’t that a crime?

It might be a crime, but the grand jury has performed their duty and are no longer involved in the case.

Better question, is someone pressuring kemp to press the judge to delay this trial?

It's a fair statement. This trial is too complicated and long, and has overlapping issues and witnesses with the J6 federal trial. I think it'll happen after that trial.

Jeffrey Clark becomes first Georgia defendant to formally oppose March 4 trial date

    https://thehill.com/regulation/cour...endant-to-formally-oppose-march-4-trial-date/

    excerpt:

“The indictment was filed at approximately 10:30 PM on Monday August 14, 2023, while the Motion was filed at 12:49 PM on August 16, 2023,” wrote Harry MacDougald, Clark’s attorney.

“To our knowledge, not one of the 19 defendants named in the indictment has been served with any warrant, taken into custody, had a first appearance, or been arraigned, or waived arraignment,” MacDougald continued.

RICO cases with tens of defendants are historically slow. Every defendant gets his own lawyer, who will have their own set of pre-trial motions. Legal experts are guessing that we are 2 years form trial, Fall of 2025.

    Doxxers should nevertheless be charged.

That reads more like a prediction than anything. Still, bad form for a governor to say aloud.

Trump's so delusional, but he had his boy Tucker to whine to last night.

“I got indicted four times — all trivial, nonsense, bull----. It’s all bull----,” Trump told Carlson. “It’s horrible when you look and you look at what they’re doing.”

    Just horrible! LOL

Trump also repeated the election fraud claims that ultimately led to two of his indictments this summer, saying: “They cheated on the election. But you have people that are very smart, but they’re fascists and they’re radical left lunatics.”

Um, who is the lunatic Donald?
