I have never seen it happen, but I am sure it has something to do with injuries.

    TBH, I didn't watch much.

Wasn't a big Lovie guy, and after Mills showed zero improvement and borderline regression, I stopped following them.

Demeco, CJ, and Will Anderson shot a ton of life back in to this team.

Cal and Hannah have actually managed to be likeable too.

    Feels like a new franchise.

Pats and Titans cancelled joint practices after one the players had a bad injury. Texans followed suit.

The injury wasn’t in practice was it? Thought it was in game

    I would 100% give them Pierce and a 2nd/3rd.

Taylor is special and would make CJ's life a bit easier.

Pierce is a good back, but we really need to surround CJ with premium talent.

Giving up a back who looks like he’s going to enter the top 10 RBs for a RB who is coming off an injury, wants to be paid, and attaching a high draft pick is an O’Brien-esque move

Ya it was in the preseason game the Saturday before. Patriots statement made it seem like that was the reason.

Are they planning on moving him to WR? Nick we need another WR, unless you're going to trade a CB for a WR

Exactly. Secondary probably strongest area on team

No… trading a potential top 10RB for a top 2 back and a 2nd or 3rd and paying him would be the smartest thing you could do.

Jonathan Taylor is a guy that forces teams to play zone and or at minimum another guy in the box which makes things easier for a young QB.

It also makes play action that much more effective.

The Texans have the money to do it while CJ isn’t being paid like a top QB.

A prolific 112 rating for the qb when throwing this dude's way. Went up 30 points from his 2 previous years in the league. Collectively the vikings ranked 30th in passing defense.

Taylor is closer to 10 than he is 2 in rankings, and I’m a Taylor fan
