Who's watching the debate?

I'm not going to waste my time watching a bunch of guys who would vote for Trump if they lose. That sums up their characters to me. It's all about power, even if the leader they vote for is a criminal behind bars. If they do speak out about Trump, they will still try to make Biden, the Dems, the FBI, and DOJ the real enemy. It will probably be a lot of conspiracy theories and half truths coming from the pulpits of the God loving preachers of propaganda and fear, who will fight the fight against the imaginary enemy, those groomers coming for your kids, and those Communists and Marxists who hate America.

Let's widen the gap between the rich and the poor, cut those costly regulations, and put more workers at risk to save a dollar and more children to work at cheap wages. We'll pretend millions can't afford the outrageous cost of health insurance and prescription drugs, can't get the mental healthcare they need, and die unnecessarily because of it. Guns don't kill, Democrats are evil, and violence is the Democrats' fault. They can't expect to treat black thugs and LGBTQ as equals in My country. Time to quit talking about history of the past, and stop this WOKE equality and love for thy neighbor BS!

i 'member being at padre island a couple years ago and there were people flying flags that said "impeach this" and it was a red/white/blue middle finger and another that said "f*** biden". there were families and little kids all around them.

Yeah, you couldn't fact check a politician back then. But you had 3 major networks playing gatekeeper to saying anything to the American public. If the 3 networks decided to not broadcast you, you had no forum. Things loosened up with cable, but nothing like now when you can run to OAN or twitter or whatever.

I will probably watch a little bit of the debate, I want to see if viv and desantis will kiss the ring of the cult or will they stand up and be their own man. I want to see Christi go off on trump and then see if desantis backs trump as the "memo" suggested and if he gives viv a new nickname

IMO if viv doesn't cowtow to trump his race will be over, he has bent over backwards to not make trump an enemy but he can only do that for so long........not saying he has to be a dbag like trump but stand up and show the people why they should vote for YOU................what will you do differently the trump did. I think trump is tolerating him for now, but the gloves will come off if he gets sideways with the cult master.

 

Trump is loyal to nobody but himself. He accepts those who praise him, but will drop them like a hot rock the second they dare to question him or call him out. I had to laugh at the gloves part. I can't picture Trump with anything but toy child boxing gloves to fit his little hands.

 

I saw that this morning and it's pretty disturbing. Knowing a few people who have gone all MAGA I can believe that.

 

I had a cousin from Idaho all outraged about something as beautiful as a rainbow and created by God being put on Gay flags. She was outraged. That's when I left Facebook. I wasn't going to comment with someone so immersed in the cult mentality. With them, it's a no win situation, because they are die hard Trumpers. It sickens me seeing family members sucked up into that type hate, but reasoning is pointless.

 

There are something like 60 million people in this country with an IQ below 80. More than enough to sway an election.

 

I had a Trumper unfriend me because I posted a pic of a sunset on a lake in Minneapolis saying "Minneapolis is a beautiful city". This guy flipped out and insisted that Minneapolis was a trash ridden hell hole, he lives in an exurban town north of the Twin Cities. I told him he was welcome to come to my house for a BBQ himself and he threatened to dump a bunch of trash on my yard.
