Apologize on deviating slightly but If Marvel was smart …they already have X23 in their hip pocket with a then young girl that is now a young woman (Dafne Keen) that absolutely has the appeal: acting chops, attractive, similar looks to the source material … this direction would appeal to both traditionalists that want source material secured plus continue female empowerment advocates … Unfortunately I think Marvel is going to swing and miss if I was betting but I really hope they capitalize in this direction https://metro.co.uk/2023/01/08/his-...fne-keen-on-returning-to-x-men-role-18061286/
Saw this, some slight spoilers on where the dude thinks it's headed based on the comics, but there's no mention of all the wonderful new side characters created, hmm. Mainly riffs off Doctor Strange 2 and the last Spiderman (plus Loki/Kang) Hopefully they find a way for the newbies to fit together. They can't all take Paul Rudd's schtick during these ensemble movies...:
Looks like they got somewhere with those burdensome Fox producer contracts that tied everything up. Or maybe it’s been long enough that it will expire by then. Fingers crossed
Which is that one? And that person named isn't Kang so Kang isn't Kang? You can't be like... Kang is Wolverine and it be Kang. Cmon.
Huge spoilers Spoiler Marvel rolling out the dump trucks of cash to bring their franchise back to life:
Given what’s happening in Loki and how this season is likely to shape out in the finale I think it would be smart to have Loki have the Villain role they Dr Doom has in the Secret Wars comics. The premise is simple. Loki as the ruler of time could prune all of these realities but instead brings them together to battle for their world on a neutral planet. He’s be a lot more fun in that role than a more brooding big bad. The Loki series does seem to be going here anyways since Kang is being proven out to being a big con artist or user of people to prop himself up on, and Loki’s abilities I think will end up proving out to be the central power behind the whole thing. Have Kang be sidelined so you can continue to bring him back with a different actor if needed, and a good script comes out.
