    Maldy is not some super catcher that is so much better than Diaz defensively that you don't care about his hitting. He is an absolute auto out and it's amazing the number of times he's at bat with 2 on. Offensively he is an offensive rally killer.There is nothing to lose by having another bat in his place and taking a little less defensively ...even if that were true which I don't think it is. Didn't know about his ATTITUDE on being a back up catcher
